all you need to know

  • Great news! We're upgrading our booking system making it even easier to get booked into your favourite classes!

What does it mean for you?

-A simplified booking and class schedule process with a shiny new app!

-One login to book for both Brighton and Hove Studios, including just one credit/debit card to purchase class bundles (no more 'Home Studio' errors when purchasing!)

-Check in to your class yourself, when in the studio, using the new app

-Keep track on your progress with class milestones

-End of year review, see what your favourite class and instructor was (Studio Wrapped RC Style!)

What do you need to do?

1.Search for ‘Reformer Collective 2.0’ on your chosen app store. (Apple or Google Play)

2.Enter your email linked to your Reformer Collective account and click the link to ‘Reset Password’. Continue to reset your password.

3.When successfully logged in, you need to update your payment details ahead of your next class.

4.You also need to read and sign our ‘Studio Waiver’ ahead of your next class.

5.Now you can book in your classes, check out the class schedule and get familiar with the new app!

If you booked classes with the old app whilst it was down, you need to check if these bookings have been transferred to our new system. If they don’t appear, you can re-book yourself within the app.

  • Yes, we do!

You can get your first class for £10 across all of our studios.

Visit our ‘Buy Bundles’ pages & select the ‘Try Us for £10’ session at your choice of studio.

You can then book onto any Reformer class, but hurry, this credit only lasts 14 days.

  • If you have never been to a Reformer Pilates class before we recommend our R|C Intro class.

These classes are designed to familiarise your self with all elements of the reformer machine.

If you cannot make our limited R|C Intro classes on the schedule, you can also try our Reformer Foundations, this is perfectly set up for our complete beginners also.

If you have done Reformer Pilates before but haven’t been for a while, need a refresh or back from injury or pregnancy, we recommend starting with our Reformer Foundations classes.

These classes will teach you to earn move confidently & with precision on the reformer, whilst still creating a challenging reformer class.

We do not recommend booking a Reformer Signature, Reformer Dynamic or Reformer Bounce if you are new to Reformer Pilates.

Find out more on our class concepts.

  • We’ve made it as easy as possible; to book all you need to do is:

    1) Create an account.

    2) Click on ‘Buy Bundles’ & purchase the credits of your choice (or your free class) at the studio of your choice.

    3) Click on ‘Class Schedule’ & select the class & time you want to attend. (You can also filter our timetable by class type or instructor to narrow your choice down).

    4) Select your spot in the class & book in - You’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • If you need to cancel your class, you can do so with over 12 hours notice via the R|C app or website.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes, as there may be a class taking place & the studio doors will be closed.

Due to disruptive flow to other members and introductions to the Reformer Pilates Machines we do not allow late entry to classes. If you do arrive late to your class it will be unlikely you’ll be able to join and down to the instructors discretion.

Our studios have external doors away from the R|C Studio, ensuring the class is safe, the right temperature and low on member disruption. Please aim to arrive to your class on time.

  • Some reformer classes are safe during pregnancy, but please do make the instructor aware of your pregnancy prior to the start of the class.

Due to the intensity of our Reformer Dynamic & Bounce & Barre classes, we do not recommend that you do these concepts when pregnant or immediately after the brith.

  • Yes, all our standard reformer classes the minimum age is 16.

Our Reformer Dynamic & Bounce classes have a minimum age of 18.
