Yes! Your credits & recurring membership credits can be used to book at both our Brighton and Hove Studios.

Use the R|C App & switch between locations at the top of your screen. Your bookings will show in the ‘Bookings’ tab & will show which location you are booked at.

Please check this when booking to ensure booking for the wrong studio.

You can use your credits at both studios, however you need to purchase your credits at your ‘Home Studio Location’.

This is the studio location you signed up to originally.

(All users who signed up to Reformer Collective pre-October 2023, will have their ‘Home Studio Location’ set as R|C Hove).

Select your Home Studio Location & go to Buy Bundles online or the App & buy. These will work at both locations when you choose to book your class.

If you are buying credit bundles or a membership & you get an error message:

‘ERROR, Cards/purchase can only be added to the Home Studio’ - You need to ensure you are on your Home Studio Location. (See FAQ above).

Switch studio location and try again.

Once on your Home Studio Location you can purchase your bundles and memberships and they can be used for both R|C Studio locations.
