Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
*RC Is an abbreviation for Reformer Collective
Please take time to read the following Terms of Use which set out yours and RC’s rights and obligations. These Terms of Use may be updated by RC from time to time. RC advises members to take note of the version of the terms they agree to when signing. Our most current terms can be found at any time at www.roxlife.co.uk.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.reformercollective.co.uk/ website (the “Service”) or accessing our studio or any service operated by RC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to this site and use of our facility and services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
REFORMER COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships commence on the date of purchase and automatically renew on the same calendar date each month unless cancelled in accordance with the terms set out below.
Rolling memberships are non-contractual; however, they will continue to renew automatically until valid written notice of cancellation is received in line with this policy. Memberships purchased with a stated minimum commitment period must remain active for the full minimum term. Early cancellation within the minimum commitment period is not permitted. Upon completion of the minimum term, the membership will automatically convert to a rolling monthly membership unless we are instructed otherwise in writing.
Credits allocated as part of a membership are valid only within the active billing cycle and do not roll over into subsequent months. Any unused credits will expire at the end of each billing period. All class credits are deducted based on the date of attendance, not the date the class is booked. This means that if a class is booked in advance but attended after a membership renewal date, the credit will be taken from the new billing cycle.
REFORMER COLLECTIVE CREDITS AND PASSES
Single credits are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Credits purchased in a pack of 10 are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Credits purchased in a pack of 20 are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Credits purchased in a pack of 50 are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All credits & passes are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless written consent has been obtained from RC).
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
To ensure fairness to all members and to protect the quality, safety, and availability of our timetable, you may cancel classes up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time will incur a £5 late cancellation fee, and failure to attend a booked class without cancelling (a “no-show”) will incur a £10 fee. Where a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the class credit will be automatically returned to the member’s account to allow rebooking; however, the applicable fee will still be charged. All fees will be charged to the payment method held on file.
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on lateness due to health and safety requirements and to avoid disruption to instructors and other members. All members must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Entry will not be permitted after the advertised start time under any circumstances, and where attendance is refused due to lateness, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable fee will apply.
WAIVER & RELEASE
By attending and accessing RC’s classes and using RC’s facilities and equipment, you accept that there are certain inherent risks and dangers. You accept and are aware that the risks associated with physical activity and participation in classes are wide-ranging, and can include minor injuries such as bruising, sprains etc through to serious injuries including loss of sight, hearing, paralysis, heart attacks and death. Through participating in RC classes you hereby agree that you assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage caused or made worse by participation in our classes and activities. Furthermore, you waive and release your right to make any claim against Reformer Collective or our agents for any injury or damage. RC advise all members and guests to obtain written consent from a GP prior to participation in a class or activity. By taking part in a class or activity you agree that you are medically fit and able to do so. Whist RC has put in place a host of comprehensive measures to minimise the risk of coronavirus transmission, members and users accept that we cannot remove this risk entirely.
