The studio

Inside Piccadilly

Our Piccadilly studio sits on Babmaes Street in St James’s — a minute from Piccadilly Circus, and an easy walk from Green Park, Haymarket and the offices around Jermyn Street.

If you have not tried reformer before, it is pilates on a spring-loaded machine: the carriage moves, the resistance adjusts to you, and almost nothing is asked of your joints. Low impact, not low effort. The room fills with everyone from complete first-timers to people who have been coming three times a week for years, and every class is taught to meet you where you are.

The studio is gorgeous and the facilities spotless. I accidentally booked an advanced class and was well looked after.

Clear instructions throughout. Not a loud, high-energy music class — I enjoy the calm while working up a sweat.

Piccadilly questions

We'd rather you asked than guessed.

What facilities are there at Piccadilly?

Toilets, showers, changing rooms and lockers, with hair dryers, hair straighteners and toiletries in the changing rooms.

How do I book a class?

Create an account, buy the credits you want at the studio you want, then choose your class and time on the schedule. Pick your spot and book — you will get an email confirming it.

Do you offer a trial class?

Yes. New members start with 3 classes for £49. Create an account, buy the intro offer on the pricing page, then book any classes that suit you.

When should I arrive?

Ten minutes before your class starts. That gives you time to check in, put your things away and meet your instructor.

Any earlier and a class may still be running with the doors locked. Classes start promptly — the safety briefing and warm-up begin straight away, which is why we cannot let anyone in late.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 12 hours before your class, through the app or the website, and there is no charge.

Inside 12 hours the class is charged for. See our terms for exactly how that is applied.

What should I bring?

Something you can move in, and water.

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes. If you do not own a pair, you can buy them at the studio for £20 or with reward points. Socks are required for barre, and towels for all hot classes — those can be bought or hired on site for £1.

Ready when you are
