How long do class packs last?
Packs have an expiry, shown against each one when you buy. Memberships renew monthly and the classes reset each month.
Can I use my classes at any studio?
A pack is tied to the studio you buy it for, and each studio prices its own. If you want to move between studios, buy an all-studio pack or membership — both are in the shop above.
What happens if I cancel a class?
Cancel more than 12 hours before the start and the class goes back into your account. Inside 12 hours, or if you do not arrive, the class is used.
Do different classes cost different amounts?
No. Reformer, Tower, Barre, Mat and Infrared classes all cost one class from your pack or membership. Run Club is free to book.
Can I pause my membership?
To cancel you need to email us at least 3 days before your next payment date.
Can membership credits roll over?
No — they need to be used within the month.
