Why reformer
It works for everyone
The hardest part of any workplace wellness scheme is the people who never sign up. Running clubs get the runners. Football gets the footballers. Reformer pilates is low-impact and machine-supported, so a complete beginner and a marathon runner can do the same class side by side, each working at their own resistance.
Every reformer adjusts spring by spring. Nobody is held back and nobody is exposed. That is why mixed-ability groups work here and struggle almost everywhere else — and why the sessions tend to keep the people who sign up.

What we offer
Three ways to do it
Most teams start with a one-off and move to a regular slot once people ask for it.
One-off
Private studio hire
The whole studio, just your team, at a time outside our public timetable. Up to 13 people on reformers, with one of our instructors leading. The usual choice for an away day or brand event.

Weekly or fortnightly
A regular slot
A recurring class at a fixed time, held for you. Same studio, same instructor, same slot in the calendar — which is what turns it into a habit rather than a one-off perk.

Memberships
Team rates
Discounted memberships your people book themselves, around their own schedules. No group booking to coordinate, and it works for teams spread across London and Brighton. We are able to offer our corporate partners 20% off when 5 or more people from your company sign up.

How it runs
What actually happens on the day
-
Before
Tell us roughly how many people and which studio. We hold the slot and send one link for your team to book through — you are not collecting names on a spreadsheet.
-
On the day
People arrive ten minutes early. Grip socks are required and we sell them at reception. The instructor sets everyone up on a reformer, first-timers included.
-
The class
A bespoke Fifty minute class designed for how you want to work out. People leave worked rather than wrecked, which matters going back to a desk.
-
After
Facilities vary by studio — we will tell you what is at the one you pick. Most teams are back out within the hour.
Before you ask
The usual questions
Some of our team have never done pilates. Is that a problem?
No. Every class we run has beginners in it, and the instructor sets each person up individually. Reformer resistance is adjusted per machine, so a first-timer and a regular can work side by side without either being held back.
How many people can you take?
Up to 15 on reformers in a private studio session and 12 in our Mat studios. Larger teams usually split across two consecutive slots or rent our both so you can have both expereinces.
What does it cost?
It depends on the studio, the time and whether it is a one-off or a regular slot. Tell us what you are after and we will send a straight price — there is no package to sit through.
Do people need to bring anything?
Grip socks, which we sell at reception, and something comfortable to move in. Facilities vary by studio — some have showers and changing rooms, others have toilets and space to leave your things. Each studio page lists what is there, and if showering afterwards matters, tell us and we will steer you to a studio that suits.
Can you do it near our office?
We have studios in Piccadilly, Balham and Earlsfield in London, and in Brighton and Hove.
What if someone is pregnant or injured?
Tell us in advance and the instructor will adapt the session. Reformer work is commonly used in rehabilitation, but we will always ask people to check with their own clinician first.
