More than a studio
Somewhere worth spending an hour
Reformer pilates, mat, barre, yoga and infrared classes across London, Brighton and Hove. Beautiful design, purposeful movement, and a room where nobody is on display.
How we teach
The method is the point

The reformer is set to you
Resistance comes from springs, not from a stack of weight, and every carriage is adjusted for the person on it. A first-timer and someone ten years in can work side by side, each at their own load, in the same class.
Someone is watching closely
Classes are small enough that instructors correct your form by name rather than counting reps from the front. Most of what needs fixing is not something you can see or feel yourself.
Nothing is a competition
No mirrors down the long wall. No screen ranking you against the person on the next reformer. Nobody is called out for taking an option, and nobody is congratulated for going harder than their body wanted to.
You leave worked, not wrecked
Forty-five minutes, low impact, and controlled throughout. It is the difference between a workout you survive and a practice you come back to on a Tuesday in February.

The rooms
Two very different moods

Daylight and plants
Natural light where the building allows it, plants that are actually alive, and reformers from the same premium makers the professionals use. Calm enough to hear the instructor and your own breathing.

Lights down, music up
Dynamic and Bounce run in a different room entirely — coloured light, a proper sound system, and a class that moves to the beat. Both are us, and most people move between them depending on the week they are having.

More than a studio; a community.
